It's like these people think that the numbers should be perfectly proportional down to the last person on every ratio in America. There's never a chance that it so happens that one race gets in trouble more than another due to a host of social and environmental factors. Oh he'll no!! There's obviously some good ole racism going on up in here. Every.Single.Time.

Of course Tuba, of course your right. Behind every statistic dealing with crime, welfare,retirement, job numbers etc. etc in this country there's obviously some old angry racist white person to blame. That's pretty much the only option anymore for any non-perfectly "balanced" ratio in this country unless of course the minority is in the positive side of the stat and then it's celebrated as a great thing with no need to "adjust" the numbers whatsoever.

If schools have a zero-tolerance policy that clearly spells out the discipline for specific acts and if this policy is consistently carried out, there is no discrimination. Maybe some just break the rules more than others.

I wonder what percent of these "racist" disciplinary actions are being handed out by black school principals and administrators?
If I had to take a guess, I'd probably put it at about 90%.
But, I'm sure all those black principals are racist and just don't know it.

The reason blacks disproportionately misbehave at home is because most blacks nowadays COME FROM FAMILIES WITH NO FATHER IN THE HOUSEHOLD

You said a "a host of social and environmental factors". I was just making sure to point out for your readers that one of those social factors is not and will never be racism. Especially when the resulting disparity lies on racial lines - that pretty much means you can exclude racism as a factor.
Am I wrong?
