Two new hires in Tampa: LB & OL Coach

Former Phins HC and OL Extroidinaire Tony Sparano has been hired as the OL coach in Tampa 
He turned down the 1yr ext with the Oakland Raiders to take the job in Tampa

Lovie has hired one of his disciples and former pupils from his time in Tampa as Bucs LB coach. Former Buccaneer Pro Bowl MLB Hardy "El Dragón" Nickerson who was coaching a HS in Oakland was tabbed as Lovie's LB coach in Tampa :nana: :nana: :nana:

He was with him for 2 yrs at Chicago also when Chicago was 1st grooming Urlacher and other LBs and head to leave because of Family issues
He is a Buccaneer legend who was in several Pro Bowls and was very close with Lovie during his time here switching to Lovie from a guy who asked former players to leave practices etc is a HUGE and much needed change
