Camera angles on the field

Why is it that there never seems to be a view directly down the goal line or directly down the sidelines??? Seems like there should be cameras showing the goal lines and the OB lines to make viewing replays easier.

All I know is that cable Cam should be the standard angle for all games where the cable is used.
