Hardest team to rebuild on Madden 25?

Which team do task find the hardest to rebuild on M25? I thought the Jags at first but after drafting a stud QB it was pretty easy. Anyone find a team that is just a really tough rebuild?

Simple the Cowboys. Ive never played with them, its just that they suck so bad IRL that it would have to be miserable on the game.

vikings are pretty tough to rebuild. really bad cap situation and a huge need at QB.

I got stuck with the Vikings in my franchise. (We do a random draw) and yes it's pretty bad. Best qb is a 76 overall and you are like 4 mill over the salary cap.
Plus it's my first franchise so I'm kinda unsure as to how to fix it

I won the Superbowl simming in year 3 going undefeated with the Browns so not them.
