And you got to pick who your coach plus be, who do you choose? He can either be college or pro but must be under 60 years old. Would need to be a good personnel guy and also have the patience to work with a brand new franchise. Who you got?

my thoughts exactly! even as a colts fan, look at what payton has done. He turned a team that was the joke of the league for EVER into a contender every single year and won them a superbowl!
