Lost footage of a WNUF (80's TV station) Halloween Special found / Horror flick

Has anyone seen this? It was released on VHS at first, but now there is a DVD out. Seems like a interesting take on the genre.

It's a found footage of some lost 80's TV broadcast. I assume the TV station is WNUF. Check the trailer.

I'd buy the VHS if it was available. Could be fun if the movie is decent.
