Does Drew have small hands?

I was listening to the ex-players and coaches talk about playing in cold games and they said that some quarterbacks and running backs particularly those with small hands have trouble grabbing gripping the ball when it gets real cold. They then went threw a bunch of games and talked about how some players could just throw better in the cold as they had bigger hands and were better suited for it.

Since he struggles so much in road games and with inclement weather now could this be the cause.
