Obama Admin proposes new Executive Actions on gun background checks

Never mind HIPAA, that gets in our way.
Oh and this call for action is interesting:
What does he consider "gun trafficking"? Would that have applied, for example, to Operation Fast and Furious, were those laws in place then? (And why not go ahead and make those laws retroactive? After all, those people were so bad, why bother with that troublesome "ex post facto" nonsense? It's not like the Constitution means anything to this crew.)

Obama has set a precedent of EO and Bureaucratic Regulation which "punishes his (political) enemies and rewards his friends"...simply implemented upon his personal edict. Goose and gander. When the Tea Party runs the show, it'll be fun to watch the MSM scream bloody murder when they simply dismiss all the Obama policies.
Of course, the Left will go rogue in the streets. That's why Government bought all the hollow points, body bags and armored vehicles are for. It's always the heathen Left that lose it and burn THEIR neighborhoods down. The SHTF if or when they then try to move into civil areas.
That will be when the big change comes. To what...I have no idea.

so much in the link to use as a real argument against it, but here on PT, the childish argument wins.
Sounds awful to me, opens up "who do we allow to own guns" arguments that we just don't need.
Either we have guns & everyone can have them, or we don't have guns & nobody does.
