Lost black lab around Brightside area?

I've been out of town since last Friday, returned home to find a warning notice from Baton Rouge animal control dated 12/30/13 taped to my door. Apparently they picked up a black lab that I'm assuming had no collar (the notice cited a lack of vaccination tags and also "cruelty/abandonment")
My guess is the dog just got loose with no collar and got picked up by animal control. For some reason they put the notice on my door, but I don't own a black lab...so if anyone lost a black lab in the Brightside area, I'm pretty sure it's at the pound.
Just wanted to give a heads up...hopefully it wasn't really abandoned.

Go and post this on Lost Pets of BR on FB. There's a woman that lost a black lab right before Christmas. Got out while collar was off.

Dude that owns Lofton Staffing service lost a black lab around there. He's been offering a $3000 reward.
