Just thinking out loud…but do you think if we could go back, would signing Al Jefferson have been a better deal than the Tyreke Evans signing?

3yrs @ 41 mil for Jefferson
4yrs @ 44 mil for Evans

I know its more money, but who could we have done without to find the extra money to cover Jefferson's salary? Stiemsma? Darius Miller?

I thought Al Jefferson would've been a great compliment next to AD in the paint. Bigger body to create space and it would've let AD concentrate more on his perimeter game. Again, just thinking out loud.

I agree. I love Tyreke, but I think a solid starter who plays 35+ quality minutes is more important to this team than a 6th man.

I'd take him over EG any day. I'd take reke over AJ though

In a pickup game, I agree. But do we really need Reke as much as AJ?

We've lost a lot of games because no center. We've won just a few due to Reke's play.

That's not his fault. That's monty and dell's fault for thinking Ryno can play defense.

I thought Al Jefferson was known for poor defense also. How does having Jefferson change anything.

EG's defense is pretty bad this season.

Yeah but everyone feels we need a big for defense. How would Jefferson help that? The opinions about Gordon have nothing to do with this situation.

Jefferson may be the worst defensive center in the league, and a good scorer. This team has a good offense and a terrible defense. Big Al makes absolutely zero sense on this team.
