- Trai's gut hanging out before the game even started told me he was about to wreck shop. hope he gets some all-bowl team mention and preseason hype.

- unless I missed something we played with only 3 DTs yesterday and still stopped them from running. hats off to the D.

- actually, hat back on to you Freak. or keep it bald. thought we had Kimbo out there for a second.

- I think that was the first time all yr Freak didn't have that arm contraption on. I thought injuries were most of the reason for his lack of productivity this yr.

- that was about as active as I've seen Rasco. box score had him with 2 PBUs. he also rushed from a standing position more than I've seen.

- Mills looked good at safety, as many of us thought he would given more time there. there was a play in particular where Debo had a guy near the LOS and he looked like he might break the tackle. 28 comes flying in and put a stop to all that. just needs to control himself a little better.

- speaking of young Deion Jones, he was all over the place when he got in. I think he's gonna be like Baker and Lamin before him with a huge jump in production once he gets the starting Will spot to himself.

- I liked what Rickey Jeff did as well. kinda wanna see him and Mills at the safety spots to start next yr. don't think anyone could pass on us with those 2 plus Tre and RR at the CBs. and that's before all the BOOMs coming on signing day.

- can't say enough good things about Hill. glad we didn't forget about him this yr when it was time to put the game away. that last TD had some flashes of the Toe breakaway run.

- Welter's motor is taking a little longer to get to Pollack level than I thought, but he's at a solid Cutrera right now. next year - beast mode!

Danielle Hunter sleeping giant

Loston and L. Collins are playing as well as any safeties in the country.

Hill is so good I cant even comment on it.

Iowa starting QB would have a hard time starting for Parkway.

Yesterdays team looked exactly like 2012.
Time Warp.

Dillon Gordon is a man.

Jon Gruden is on the payroll.

A healthy Freak played his tail off and you have to respect him and the coaching staff for not using that as an excuse all year. He was hurt early in the season and struggled all year with that injury and you give him a month off and it made a big difference.

All good points.

Turner was very good in the game. Hawkins played solid as well. Seems like most the trouble came between center and LG. Wasn't near as effective running to left either.

Not sold on Mills at safety but he played good. I'd still lean to Thompson there.

Freak had a very good game; looked liked he lined up further outside, almost over the tackle many times which I don't remember him doing during the season. Lacoutre (sp?) played well, didn't make a lot of plays but held his position in the middle.

Loved D Jones, that dude is all over the place and a pure playmaker, has to see the field more next year.

Overall the team looked enthused to be playing in the game unlike last year. Yes there were so mess ups and bonehead plays but not because they were not interested in being there.

Why must you talk about an Alabama player? Take that shite to their board.

Mills, White, Robinson and Jefferson are going to be gritty hard hitters. And to think the players coming in, good God. What's even better is that most of the SEC is loosing skill positions on offense to the draft. We stacked.

Q. Thomas looked really good. The first half of the game the guy was getting more penetration then Ron Jeremy in the 80's. Rasco looked good but it looks like he takes plays off when the ball isn't going to his side of the field. He's definitely our pass rush DE.

Tigers didn't let the refs' obvious bad calls mess with their heads. They maintained intensity. Good effort all around.

I need to check the replay, honestly didn't notice him. if he played like that though, bodes well for next season.

The commitment of Clifton Garrett brought out a new level of Welterball.

Good points. Boy we looked fresh on both sides and ready to play. This team wasnt that deep overall and it showed down the stretch.

Mills is undisciplined and has been all year...dropped an INT right in his hands.
