You could probably flip the cutting board on ebay for ~$50 if that sweetens the pot.

That isn't a bad deal, they give ya the other 2 pieces for 10 bucks a piece basically.

The hinoki board is awesome. Slightly more pliable than bamboo and better for your knives. Has a scent reminiscent of black pepper and lemongrass. Top notch piece of wood. I bought the set and divided up the 2 knives to my bro and future father in law and kept the board. Have a 10 PC set I've built over the years myself already. Really a great deal. The 5 1/2" santoku is a very versatile knife.
