Holy shite. A shameful season of shameful coaching. LSU fans, Alabama fans, OSU fans, etc, what does it feel like to never be bad in football? I want to know. Brady Hoke gtfo.

The expectations were a little too high, my friend.

If it makes you feel any better, LSU fans would have much rather played a "name" program like Michigan instead of this Iowa team we got stuck with.

1998 and 1999 are still terrible memories for me as a LSU fan

Your tears are delicious. And guess what, Hoke won't fire any one on the staff and you have to play State, Notre Dame and Ohio State on the road. Can't win road games so look for a 9-3 season at best. I can't wait for the encore following this season.

It was fun dwelling in your anguish. Til next season. Stay Blue.

You don't have to go far back at all to find bad times for either of us.

Yup. LSU is the only SEC team to not have a losing season this millennia.

Can't wait to smash you in hoops too. OSU pain train rolls along regardless of sport.

I was still in elementary school at the time, but I still keenly remember the Curley Hallman years and the end of Archer's tenure.

A school like Michigan won't stay bad forever. Just isn't possible. Same goes for Texas, USC, etc.

I agree with the poster that said no program stays on top forever. I remember being younger and thinking that Florida, Nebraska, Miami, FSU, Michigan, Notre Dame would all be dominating year in/year out for the rest of my life. Especially Nebraska in the 90's. They were untouchable at one point.
