Reports to follow....

Caught 57 trout, 5 flounder.
Caught a bunch of rat reds too.
Fished north of BL.
Colors Chartreuse, golds, and whites by that afternoon.
Trout were concentrated in only a few areas.
Started heading to Turners and noticed my boat was sitting low and water was coming in on the floor.
Got a leak somewhere but the bilge pump did it's job after about 5 straight minutes of pumping.

check the thru hull fitting where the live well fill hose connects.
Almost sunk an old boat of mine when that hose broke off one time in Barataria pass at midnight.

Its weird ....there was no water after we bilged then there was a little after an hour, bilged again, then there was a bunch after another hour bilged again, then fished another hour, trailored the boat and it was bone dry...no clue but I will check the live well connections even though i never use the live wells or baitwells..

In the spirit of the new duck hunters thread.
Fish Grand Bayou Weir in a brand new 24 Skeeter, anchor right in front of it, have 8+ lines in the water, and have music on the boat turned up to 10.

Definitely do this, I almost sunk my old boat at Toledo a couple years ago because the fitting had broken and pushed through.

I think I saw you out there.
We got out there late and couldn't find them. Just one little whole produced and only one was a keeper.
