Well, Merry Christmas Eve. I officially signed up and paid for my World Cup package last night with the American Outlaws. Anyone else making the journey there?

Down payment is 515, full amount is between 4,400-5,400. Final price is announced on Jan 31. Paying the down payment locks you in. I signed up last summer and was on the waiting list. The waiting list now is like over 500 deep

Yea, hotel rooms are 4X as high as normal. I heard that even McDonalds over there are doubling their prices.

yea it's steep. I asked Xmas 2014, birthday 2014, and still putting up some of my own for it. But like you said, I don't wanna go to fricking Qatar and not fired up about Russia...in 2026 I'll be 39....either a) I'll have a family so prob won't be able to go or b) I won't have a family and instead just need to look in the mirror at myself...either way this is probably my best chance to go.

I'll be there. Got tickets in Salvador through FIFA. Been looking at flights every day but it looks like I'm paying at least 2 grand for the flight. We will be there 16 days so I'm freaking excited!!!
