Why werent both of Vaccaro's penalties enforced ??

Didnt he get called for a horse collar (live ball foul) and taunting (dead ball foul) ?? We should have had 30 yards worth of penalties

It was definitely 30 yards when Kyle turkey tried to murder that guy and then tossed his helmet. Maybe the rules have changed since then.

It should have been a 15 yard horse collar live penalty plus a 15 yard taunting dead ball penalty which equals 30 yards for all you mathletes out there.
