Yesterday's game was a total team loss!

Everyone is to blame for yesterday's loss.
Coaching - bad play calling, yet again
Offensive Line - less than stellar pass protection
Receivers - no separation
Defense - no coverage in the last minute
Special Teams - Sproles calling fair catches when he had running room.

Offensive play calling sucked. Could we have tried just one more screen play after the first 18 did not gain us a yard?
I hate to say it, but I think Brown was our better option at LT.

Defense?!? Seriously!!? They played lights fng out yesterday!!! The Panthers only had 3 successful offensive plays the entire game. Problem is, they were big plays. Deangelo's TD run which was a blown blitz, their long 30 yard crossing route on the final drive, and the TD pass under 30 seconds where Malcolm "you bow tie wearing POS" forgot this is tackle football and not two hand touch and Corey White got burned for the score. Three whole plays. We didn't even let them convert a single 3rd down conversion. Defense definitely did it's part, aside from the God awful blitzing Jenkins, yesterday. Actually one of the best games they've played all season.
Offensive play calling is beyond ridiculous at this point, and Drew Brees' pocket prescence is complete sh** at the moment.

How can you blame the defense when they held Cam and that offense to 17 points at home?

Because they couldn't stop them when it mattered... Plain and simple. Yes the offensive couldn't get a damn first down, but the defense has to step up and close the game out. They should have all remembered the Patriots game and say "We not gonna let that happen again!", unfortunately they did.

While factual, I'm not going to bust their balls over two plays.
They held Carolina to ZERO 3rd down conversions if I'm not mistaken and the only time Carolina scored a TD was after Brees gave them the ball with good field position.
This defense is doing everything it can to carry this team, and CSP and Brees are doing everything they can to lose games.
