Is there anyone here who doesn't really care about our bowl game?

I'm trying hard to get excited but just can't. I don't know if it's the holidays or the fact that there's so many bowls now. Maybe I'll get excited by the time it comes. Regardless,

I'm not as excited as usual, but I'm looking forward to seeing a preview of Jennings for next year.

Yep, I'm excited simply because of Jennings
We saw how well he did coming off the bench, with only receiving 2nd team reps. He's had a whole month of practicing with the 1s

My excitement is proportional to both the effort the team gives in and the coaching preparedness for said game.

To be completely honest all I care about is seeing Anthony Jennings with a month to prepare.
The Outback bowl is pretty much who gives a shite to us at this point. Iowa is an opponent only MAC teams could get excited to play.

I don't think anyone expects Jennings to put the team on his shoulders at this point. Just little things like how he commands the line of scrimmage, goes through progressions, feels pressure, etc.

Outside of the BCSNCG game, I don't really get that excited about any bowl games anymore. I'll always watch the New Years Day game because it's just tradition, but with so many bowl games now, the fact that they are essentially meaningless exhibition games and the fact that we go virtually 4 weeks without a matchup that people care about, my interest starts to move to other sports in Dec.
