Which 3 RBs should I go with?

In championship game in a non-PPR league. Need rb1, rb2, & flex from these:
McCoy vs Chi
AP vs Cin
C2J vs Jax
Matthews vs Oak
R. Jennings vs SD
McCoy will start. I'm leaning toward not starting AP, but can't decide who else to bench.
