My wife can't sign in. *Updated*

What can we do to rectify this problem? She got a new phone and her password was saved on the old phone's browser. I thank the admins in advance.
UPDATE: She doesn't have that email address anymore. It was an email through her last Internet provider. What can we do to salvage her account?

There is a "forgot password" option when you are logging in that sends it to the email you registered with.

No access to the email that she registered with might be a problem. She would need to email Chicken/Circus Child if she wants to keep her original name. I can help if she wants to register with a new username.

I sent you an email to the account that you registered with. You can email chicken/circus at tigerdroppings@gmail.com...they are the only ones that have access to that account, so it might take some time to get a response, considering the amount of mail that they probably get.
