Who to start: Boldin or S.Smith

Boldin going against a TB defense who has only allowed 2 touchdowns by WRs in the past 5 or so games.

Steve Smith going against the Jets who have allowed the fifth most fantasy points to opposing WRs.

I keep switching out the two on my starting lineup and can't come to a definite answer. Need some other peoples perspective.
