Chicken, is it true that you are a SAP genius?

If so can you provide me with a SAP cheat sheet?

We use this program at work and this shite is not very user friendly.

It's one button on the remote. How hard is it to use?

SAP GUI 730

We use it for everything here.

I'm new to it, not even sure if I answered your question.

Module means Sales and Distribution or Finance or Materials Management, HR, etc

I will be using it for Materials Management, and putting in notifications. I won't be doing much/any Finance yet because my job does not call for it at this time. But it is used here.

I'm not a fan of the Funcution Locations not found, and that little bleep noise it makes.

Do you have access to transaction code SE16N?

Not sure, I'm off today so I can't try that one.

I use IW24 & IW28 most of the time.

I'm getting my profile built right now.

It would be nice to use something like, *0007*, in a function location spot. That would make SAP much easier. Like when searching for material.

You can turn off the sound with the little rainbow colored button on the right at the top.

I've had to teach myself SAP Workflow and this site was a huge help to me.

LINK

You might need a dev key to get access..it's been so long ago I don't really remember how I got signed up. Even if you can't post, there is a ton of info about just about every SAP module. Good luck.

If someone suggests a function module, run SE37 and enter the name they suggested.

Learning SAP was just about repition for me. Once you figure out how it flows you can work any T-code with relative ease

If you have access to SE16N, enter table name TSTC. This is the transaction code master table. You can enter IW* to get all tcodes that start with IW. You will see the descriptions. Also may want to look at MM* for most MM tcodes.

I am sure there are websites that have this info for you.

Also, any time you browse a table like this, make sure you take note of the max number of hits parameter on the selection screen prior to hitting the clock. I've wasted a lot time before wondering where all my records were :)
