Very interesting little stock, and the CEO has a solid history of buying and selling in this sector. Thanks in advance. HK

That's the new company the formed when BHP bought Petrohawk. It's on my radar, but I think there are better companies out there in the energy sector.

LNG got a huge pop today off of news that they signed a 20 year deal to export liquified natural gas to Indonesia.

If you want to be around the same stock price as HK, I would also look at XCO, KOG and SD. These companies have production history. To me HK is still just the Petrohawk guy's new company.

Anything in particular you want to know? I know a lot about their assets and Floyd. I also own some of their stock.

Their plan was to acquire/build a large unconventional portfolio...and through mass create a takeover target...so they overpaid for fringe AC around a bunch of unconventional fields....the 3-5 yr build and flip plan is now kicked out to another 3-5. The unconventional mania is over...HK will flip but it will be at a small multiple.

I sold LNG around 29 earlier this year. Kicking myself.

Halcon is close to their 52 week low and recently came up on my radar. I find it interesting that Herbert Hunt is the largest shareholder. The question is where does this stock bottom out? I'm definitely interested in a position...
