RB help Matchups are tough

Will Ben Tate continue to get the carries for Houston. 1 week it was Johnson, last week Tate. I love the match up vs Jags
I need to pick 3 for this week. Some touch def matchups so making this tough, who you got:
Ben Tate vs Jags
Andre Brown vs Chargers tough agains Run
M. Lynch vs San Fran tough agains Run
M. Forte vs Dallas will be a starter
B Rainey vs Bills

That is the way i am leaning. Just don't like how Seattle likes to pass it from inside the 3 yd line and don't know about jacksonvilles run defense being so weak if Tate would be better start. If he gets 20-25 carries i could see 125 yds and 2 tds

Jacksonville has been playing better run D of late. I don't think that means they'll shut Tate down, but it's something to consider.
