Giving them both extensions at Brees' insistence will frick us for a while. They're making, what, over $10 million combined?

THIS! Saints wrs are slow and cannot get off of los. Might be worse group in the NFL. I like Graham, but he is still learning, and lets physical play get to his head.

Biggest issue. Only threat is Graham. He was off tonight. Stills maybe. Otherwise. Old and slow

Meachem is slow and awful as well.

All we have is Stills and Graham honestly. Our backup TEs are inconsistent too

We got Meachem for nothing though. Colston makes like $7 million and Moore around $5 million I think. Absurd.

Grahm got hit extremely hard early and a few minutes later I noticed his arm was pretty bruised up already

Moore definitely needs a paycut that is way overpaying and we need money for jimmy

This is why I think they keep trying to get Josh Hill involved.. He seems pretty fast for a big guy. We need young speed on this offense. Hill just doesn't have the catching ability yet.

ETA: The only time I saw ANY of our receivers besides Graham open all night was the missed throw to Hill.

Need a big time receiver big time. Jarvis Landry would be nice. He doesn't drop the one stills did. Catches both graham balls he drops. No playmakers

I'm so old I remember when Martin and Early had more separation than Colston and Moore.

They're certainly killing us.

Meachem is the worst though.

I was just coming here to suggest Jarvis Landry as a draft pick.

They play with no emotion or energy

its not a matter of talent, it's a matter of energy

Honestly, we needed a beating like this

Payton is obviously pretty unflappable.

But even tonight, he looked like he was just there to say "hey, tough game out there, guys. Chin up!" while the damn game was still going.

I like that. He more than anyone needs to stay even keeled

Assistant coaches need to bring the fire starting tomorrow

They have it all at the position and guys are mailing it in

Lance has no swag, Colston no effort

Meachem probably was tops in targets, with graham in the lineup that is unacceptable

he's also done a lot more this year than I think we could have hoped for.

Seriously.

Lance Moore sure has disappeared though.

None of our wide receivers put a scare into any defensive backs. Not one of them.

Colston caught everything thrown his way minus that desperation heave by Brees...no one was getting open

Yeah, that was a pretty physical game the Seahawks played. Seemed like there was a lot of hand-fighting going on.
Colston held his own, though. I almost think we could have scored once or twice more if we kept tossing it to him in traffic. He was winning in the shorter routes, with people all over him.
