Not assistant coaches who also recruit, but dedicated "Recruiting Only" staff?

Apologies if this is a stupid question...

I think I read that Bama has an entirely separate staff dedicated only to recruiting. Maybe we should follow suit?

The staff can't recruit kids direct, but they support and develop connections with coaches etc...

I would think LSU has something similar, auburn does as well. I think 10-14 people. Most who are ex coaches, mostly high school.

Thats a shame. Recruiting in itself is more than a full time job.

Are you asking what we're allowed to do, or are you asking if we match what Bama does?
