Anyone have a Glock 22 RTF?

I am about to be getting one. Got a great deal on a police trade-in. I have heard a lot of cops that carried this pistol everyday did not like the rough texture finish as it would wear out a pair of pants. A few guys I know that carried them bought either a hogue or pachmayr sleeve for theirs. Anyone have any experience with this particular model good, bad, or otherwise?
I know it isn't a 1911 and that it can never compare to a 1911 blah blah blah...but for 300 bucks with Trijicon night sites I couldn't pass it up.
I do like the gill slide.

I own that same one in G19
I like it. I was not a fan of the RTf when I first saw them. I came across a deal on a G19 RTf and realy liked the way the RTF felt. The grip is just right.

Cool. It is definitely an interesting pistol. Glock doesn't have a lot of variation on their various models but as Glocks go this one is pretty different.

I can tell you that the A&M PD started to replace their gen 2s with the gen 4 RTFs and after only 5 had been replaced they decided against it because of complaints.
For $300 dollars I would get it for sure though. You can always replace the grips or sell it for a profit and get something different.

only complaint I hear about the RTF is that some people do not like the texture when CC. Some say the texture tears up their shirts.
I do not have a problem with the texture. Some shooters add deck tape to their grips anyhow.
The RTF fits and feels good in my hands. I have picked up many Gen 3s and 4s and the RTF just fits me better.
All about what you like
