has instincts you can't teach. that put back was sick. settled into the game and quit trying so hard and the good plays started to come. these 12 days off should help him a lot and the team as well.

and mickey is still a stud

You can see flashes of greatness when he drives to the rim

when he can put together a complete game with jumpshots and drives..watch out. We've seen that he has range

He is good, but I think Jordon Mickey is the man.

Does he have a post game at all? Would be nice for him to put his back to the basket against a smaller 3

that play where Martin comes off the screen at about the free throw line heading towards the basket was really effective. Hard to stop him when he's got momentum.

He's starting to get more minutes at PF, which is good, but he was very good going down the stretch. Also one of the better rebounders when we were struggling to rebound.

I'll tell you what S, in the first half he was hurting us on both ends of the court. Giving us nothing.

I thought Johnny stuck with him too long.

But in the second half he stepped up.

I though CJJ showed some guts running that play for him to cut it to 1. He had shown me nothing in the minutes I'd seen him play to that point that could pull that off. But he did.

He's got some work to do, especially defensively and shot selection, but he showed us a glimpse of what he can give us.
