BBQ (and other can't-miss places) in Winston-Salem, NC

Headed up for Thanksgiving tomorrow night. The two spots in W-S that are on the BBQ Trail are Hill's and Little Richard's, I was just curious if there are some other spots I shouldn't miss. My brother has lived there for about 6 months, but he works a ton so I'm not sure how much he's been able to to explore. I'd like to have a vague game plan upon arrival. Any tips, not necessarily BBQ joints, would be appreciated.

Lexington is just a few miles down the road. That's where you need to go to.

Yeah, that's what I understand. I'm gonna be pretty well tethered to Winston, though. Looking for places there.
