Mett is sitting at 2926, so he's pretty much guaranteed to hit 3,000 yards and with 2 games left, he should easily pass Jamarcus's passing yardage. To pass Rohan Davey's single season passing yardage record, Mett needs to average 211 yards in the next two games.

I don't feel like he get's the appreciation that he should, but Mett is quietly having one of the best seasons an LSU quarterback has ever had.

pretty sure Ro's yds don't include the 444 he put up in the Sugar. bowl game stats didn't get included in regular season totals until 02 or 03.

eta: Ro's 01 game log (without Sugar Bowl)

so with the Sugar Bowl (444 yds), his 01 total is 3791. great season by Mett, but he's likely not getting there.

Nah it doesn't. Its only for 12 games. But the official LSU record book has it as 3,347 so if Mett passes that, he'll be number 1. Put a * by it if you'd like.

and Ro only had one receiver to throw to. Reed was literally un-guardable, as are both our guys this year.

Ummmm Michael Clayton was pretty good. Had almost 1000 yards receiving.
