Have you ever seen someone ruin their team this badly by trades?

I'm convinced a guy in my league only plays to make trades. Every year, within days of the draft he starts sending out multiple player trades. If he had made no trades this year, his line up would be:

12 man, Standard

QB: Russell Wilson
RB: Shady McCoy
RB: Andre Ellington
WR: Calvin Johnson
WR: Josh Gordon
TE: Jimmy Graham
FLEX: Wes Welker/Percy Harvin

-He dropped Wilson to pick up Cutler (Week 5)
-He traded Mccoy, Gordon, and Joque Bell for Spiller, Le'Veon Bell, Kennan Allen, and Aaron Rodgers, (dropped Jason Cam(Week 9)
-Traded Calvin Johnson for Ray Rice (Week 7)
-Traded Ray Rice for Marvin Jones (Week 10)

His line up is now:

QB: Tannenhill
RB: Ellington
RB: L. Bell
WR: Welker
WR: Kennan Allen
TE: Graham
FLEX: Hopkins/Harvin

Obviously injuries, especially with Rodgers, were just bad luck, but the guy struggles to put up points. He scored 54 last week, 45 the week before, 53 3 weeks ago, and the league average is probably around 100-105. He went from having a top 3 team, to having a bottom 3 team because of the dumb moves he made. Anyone have someone in their league like this?
