Yahoo Commish Changes...sketchy or not?

If you Scroll all the way to the bottom of your Yahoo fan team front page....I just noticed that there's a tab at the bottom, that says "Commish Updates"

but then there's a "changes" tab...I pressed the changes tab and saw this:

I can't see what he changed(for the first time since august), he had 2 guys play on Thursdays....both went off(40 pts between them) and both are on his bench, so he didn't sub them.

Did he try to put them in after the fact, and then chickened out? or is there something else that caused this, or is there a way to see what changes occured?
