Am i correct, LSU can do no better than 3rd in the SEC west

I think. Aubie could have lost tonight and to Bama, giving them 3 conference losses. We could have won out and taken 2nd.

Maybe there should have been a pay/performance clause in his contract that states if LSU is ranked 5th in the country Miles is paid 5th highest coach in the country, if LSU is 5th in the SEC west Miles is paid 5th highest coach in the sec west.

IIRC, we finished 3rd in the West in 2010.

Don't let the rankings fool you. LSU has the best coaching staff in the sec.
