It's great that these artists were asked to record some of their great music and be honored for their influence on today's music.

hey man -- I mean "dude" -- I'm tryin' to keep all the old shite in one thread, so if somebody accidentally clicks on it they'll have it all in one place and at least theoretically might listen to it

be a nice a guy and bump that thread sometime... I thought about doing it today myself, but I've already got 2 threads on the front page and I don't want to phake* the board
