How good was he? I vaguely remember him being a highly touted recruit out of Jesuit.

Pat Screen was one of the great high school players to come out of New Orleans...Jesuit. His career at LSU never measured up to the promise due to knee injuries/surgeries while at LSU.

Without injury, in Mike Miley's class. Led Jesuit to the 1961 state championship. Four sport letterman... 9.9 in the 100 and quick as shite. I played with and against him and he was a phenomenal athlete. Rest in peace.
