If you are in a PPR I would make that trade. He had been putting up some nice numbers lately.

Depends on your RB depth, IMO.
FJax has been solid, so unless you can absorb the loss, I'd say no.
But if you can live without FJax, I would say yes. I'd rather own Jeffery over Jackson.

I think I can absorb it, and need the upgrade at WR
current roster is AD, Forte, FJax, Miller, Andre Brown. Counting on Brown to fill FJax's role at flex

Yes, I'd make the trade without question.
AD (assuming this is "All Day" - Peterson) and Forte is just about the best RB1,RB2 combo you can hope to get and I think Brown (and maybe Miller) will be more than serviceable in the flex.
I would definitely upgrade Nicks to Jeffery in this situation.

You may be able to get someone to bite on Brown though and sell him high. I'd be a little concerned that he won't be able to match his week 10 output going forward and he's always an injury waiting to happen.
Selling FJax for Jeffery is still a great trade for you, but maybe think about keeping FJax since he has been reliable and sell high on Brown.
