We are 3-4 with a brand new team. Let this book unfold before we start tanking, I think we can make the playoffs but a little fan support will help more. Go pels!

Tank because were 3-4? Who ever says this needs to just stop posting on here. 12 teams over .500 and most teams are 4-3. Some of you really worry me sometimes.

Agreed, but losing to dumpsterfires would worry me.

that dumpsterfire team is currently only one below your precious heat in yahoo's nba power rankings.

quote:

5. Miami Heat (4-3; last week's ranking: 5): One of the big reasons for the Heat's success the past four seasons is that LeBron James has stayed healthy. But this season the NBA MVP has been slowed a bit by a sore back.

Phoenix
6. Phoenix Suns (5-2; last week's ranking: 18): Eric Bledsoe and the Suns have risen past the Sixers to become the NBA's newest surprise team. Jeff Hornacek became the first coach in franchise history to win his first four home games.

It's happened before to other teams. I'm just not overly impressed with Phoenix.

Phoenix is our kryptonite, just like Charlotte was for the Lakers during their two-peat

I'm talking about teams with decent starts that floundered after that. Look at Charlotte last year. 6-3 start, and fell off from there.

so you are just assuming they will become a dumpsterfire just to fit your narrative?

Maybe 'dumpsterfire' was a strong word, but I have a feeling we're looking at fool's gold here.

Keep in mind that they have not beaten any team that is expected to make the playoffs (according to the media (lost to Spurs and Thunder)). Two of their 5 wins are against the same team (Pels). I'm just saying.
