He never attacks. He settles for more mid range fade always than I've ever seen. He hasn't show any penetrate and kick abilities either

I kind of disagree with this. I see him passing up way to many open shots to try a drive, then get double teamed, then the shot clock expires.

I should clarify. I meant how he at one point played well enough to earn rookie of the year is beyond me. I know he was the best rookie that year. But idk how he went from that to what we're seeing.

Evans is a good player, he's had a rough 2 weeks to start the season.. But he's also getting a career low in minutes.. How can he produce good numbers when he's not on the floor?

It's way easier to put up solid PER when you only play in spurts.

Seems to me he takes it to the rack quite often. He looks like he's had a problem of finishing.
