He throws his arms and pitches a fit 8 times a game....gets beat 1 on 1 frequently....can't stop the run (especially goal line)...and to top it off---jogs as the Alabama tight end ran across the field for a TD. Ronald Martin was the only person trying to truly catch him...I watched the play over and over and he could have caught him with a good angle after him.

I have had enough of him this year. Get some other guys reps and let him battle for the spot next Spring. Maybe he will man up and play football like we expect from a starter. If not....oh well...we just have another Jai Eugene.

I agree. Pollack called him out on twitter over it too.

I don't understand how mills and Collins seem to have regressed. How do you get worse? I don't usually complain about position coaches but something is wrong here.

He looked so good last year too which is crazy to me...I guess he looked good because of all the other studs we had on defense but now that they're gone, he is getting exposed....Last year I thought we found a diamond in the rough (he was a 2* that was bumped to 3*) but now he is looking like what the "analyst" had him ranked as.

What was Mills doing.. playing zone when man was called?

He was toasted on a simple slant.

That's what I couldn't understand it looked like he expected someone else to pick the guy up. We obviously have a big communication problem.

He had a really, really bad game.

He, like a lot of other things about our team, is regressing.

Jalen Mills's position coach needs to be kicked off the staff the 2nd minute after the team plane lands back in BR from whatever insignificant Bowl they wind up in.

I am so sick of hearing this. Has has had ANY good games this year? You are right about him regressing though.

He's been toast all year, doesn't matter if its UAB or Bama, he is just overmatched. Only thing he's half-assed at is blitzing out of the nickel. That, and blaming everyone for his frickups.

I totally agree with this. Welter seems sit and wait for blocks to come to him and I just don't know what the hell Mills is doing out there. Mills has to be the biggest liability on the team.
