Although Jerry kind of got what was coming to him for paying that much for such an easily tarnished jacket. I mean, you live in NY, why would you buy a jacket that cant handle snow

They were absolutely mortified of the guy though, you have to think from jerry's perspective. Alton even said "I'm not letting you walk down the street with my daughter dressed like that."

What he should've done was just take off the jacket, turn inside out, and carry it bundled up under his arm.
