Am I thinking too much about my QB matchups this week?

Cutler vs Lions.
I have Foles in right now. With everyone (myself included) expecting Romo to face plant in the Dome, am I right to roll with Foles against GB on a short week or should I roll the dice with Cutler and a porous Lions pass defense? Or, does Romo poop on all of our predictions?
