Spinoff from other thread...

ETA - Current Players

PG - Patrick Peterson (6'1")
SG - Calvin Johnson (6'5")
SF - Julius Peppers (6'6")
PF - Jimmy Graham (6'7")
C - Margus Hunt (6'8")

Crazy that one of the biggest freaks in the league would be just a 2 guard in the NBA

Do peterson, hunt, or johnson even have any basketball skill? I know that if graham did, he wouldn't have stopped playing basketball. And peppers was a short, big-bodied 4 n college, no way he could match up skill wise at the 3 in the nba.

I have no clue. I was just going off of size and athletic ability and just assumes they could ball Except for graham and peppers who both have basketball history

Well yea I know that. Wasn't trying to say these guys could actually match up with other nba players at that position. Just trying to think of the best line up off the top of my head

If you weren't trying to say these guys could play in the nba, why did you title your thread "NFL to NBA"?

Antonio Gates averaged 21 and 8 on a Kent State team that made the Elite Eight. He needs to be starting.

Because I was thinking of a basketball line up that would consist of NFL players? Something confusing you?

I think these threads have done a good job proving to me that NBA players are hands down better athletes than NFL players.

No, I'm not confused. I know you have a misleading thread title and/or premise. It seems that you are the one that hasn't fgured that out.
