Funny how the former players mostly love Les Miles but so many LSU fans do not. Personally, I respect the opinions of the players.

hey, dumbass are you an lsu fan or a bama fan. NEWSFLASH: nick saban coaches for alabama. if you want him to be your coach you must be a "fan" of alabama. so leave our coach (our being loyal LSU fans) the frick alone.

Go away! Are you sure you're an LSU fan? Stop idolizing "Nicky Boy"!!! Gump fans are not welcome here.

the guy LSU helped become highly successful only to see him kick LSU to the curb as he moved to another job he valued more than LSU.

Same will happen to the gumps. Its only a matter of time. He's going to get bored at Bama, and want to conquer new challenges. Its the type of guy he is. Listen when he talks. He cannot stand settling for anything.

so many LSU fans do not

We have become spoiled by the success of the past decade. It's the nature of the beast for most. The more we have, the more we want.

Add in the fact that sports fans are a fickle group on the whole and none of this lack of respect for the greatest period in LSU football history is all that surprising to me.

All this stuff bout if you are not the very best then you are unworthy or crap is BS, but what do you expect from the sports uneducated group.

I'm not so sure bout that as some. That "conquer new challenges" stuff didn't work out all that well for him when he went to Miami.

Nick is no fool. He is not going to find another college where almost a 100,000 come out for a spring scrimmage.

Sheesh. How many of those 4 has Saban backed into? Meaning he needed late season losses to get in? I'm counting THREE of the FOUR

In fairness, Saban has backed into three, also. That's just what it takes.
