The problem ain't "racial bullying", Ireland.
It's the hazing of teammates or, more specifically, having a locker room where a noted a-hole and hothead like Incognito is one of the senior leaders.

Seems pretty friggin obvious, but clearly Ireland is failing to diagnose the problem.
