Who would you try to trade first: MJD or Rice?

I picked up Mike James and Andre Ellington so I can stand to lose one of these turds. I need WR help badly.
Another owner has Amendola, Boldin, and Morgan. His RB's are terrible. I think I can get one of these guys.
Rice is on a better team, but he stinks. MJD has actually looked better, but his team is so bad.
Who would you go after and offer up?
ETA: Non-PPR

I'd give up Rice. You may be able to get someone on name value alone.

That's what I'm thinking as well. Not sure which WR to go after. I like Morgan but the QB situation in CLE sucks. Boldin will lose looks once Crab is back...

Morgan is the best option out of the 3 without a doubt.
And I agree with dumping Rice. He has more value based on name and preseason ratings, but is just as worthless as MJD.
