Everyone knows the road team historically wins this game. Bama really knows this and the pressure will be more than they can bear. The bye for Bama is gonna take them out of their rhythm and their mistakes are gonna pile up. And the Tigers are actually going to capitalize. The Gumps will be in disbelief leaving BDS with the scoreboard reading Alabama 20 Visitors 41

Half of the threads on the Rant following the game will be people calling for Miles head for "blowing" another chance at a NC.

LSU also has nothing to lose in this game. Something a lot of people are overlooking. If the defense can force some turnovers, the offense finds its rhythm through the air opening up the run game, no reason LSU can't win this game. The Tigers lost to an improving Ole Miss squad and a fairly healthy Georgia team, 'the sky is falling' vibe is getting a bit old.

you should add- "If the defense can stop the run and put pressure on AJ"

"If the offensive Line can provide protection and open running holes"

"If Mett can play like the QB of the first few games and not the QB of last year"

"If we can play one game without all the uncalled for penalities"

yeah, they could lose the game. There's no such thing as nothing to lose. That crap is for journalists. Know what we heard before 1/9? We never lose in the Superdome; it's our backyard.

Suddenly we're going to do something this defense doesn't do?

I'll give you a reason. Welter. At best, we're playing 10 against 11.

"If" is not in the equation. Bama is about to be on the receiving end of what Oregon, Kansas St, Oklahoma St and Stanford have been dealt the past couple years.
