TBS lagging?

Anyone having issues with TBS, I am having sound and picture lagging issues.

Been like that for a couple says now. It's only doing it with my TVs not connected to a box.

It's been doing it since Saturday night. It's tough to watch. Which is okay because I don't watch much TBS.
