What has BAMA done for you lately?

I'm just breathing a little life into this board and trying to find a glimmer of light for this weekend in Tuscaloosa. Sue me. (REMEMBER, we're giving them the Ole Miss game because they beat LSU, but not discounting their win vs. VT, who lost to DUKE, right? Transitive properties, correct?)
The media won't tell you any of this because we all know how they love them some Nick Saban. (So does the Rant)
Here are some records and names of who Alabama has faced since their solid win @ Texas A&M.

Eh.
I get your point, but Bama and a weak schedule are nothing new.
You could have done something similar for their entire 2011 season (I've highlighted that travesty of a schedule here many times) yet they still won 21-0 in the Mulligan Bowl.
Face it.
Bama is a media darling. They can do what they want in terms of rigging scheduling, paying players, and one-sided officiating. It is part of their standard of winning a title. None of this will matter if they win another title, no matter how easy the road, or what is needed off the field to get them there.
This is where we are in CFB. Those "off the field" entitlements Bama and other media darlings carry out to get them a championship will never be pointed out. Perception is reality. All fans see is 3 of 4. That's all ESPN cares about as well.

Its hilarious how you have to preface this crap with
How did BAMA defense play vs. A&M?
I'd say brilliantly considering it's a Saban coached defense, amirite?

Crushed their last 6 opponents (post TAMU) by a combined score of 246-26 or average score of 41-4.33
In other words ... they've not been fricking around.
Other than that, nothing.

I'm glad someone realizes LSU isn't a sacrificial lamb in this game.
It'll be hard to win if the defense doesn't step up, but LSU has an offense that will give their defense fits.

Did you read this at all or did you just read the title of the thread and decide that their competition was the stiffest in the nation?

You're right. Strength of schedule means absolutely nothing.
I have a feeling if LSU played this schedule, you may have been reminding us that LSU hasn't played anyone and not to get our hopes up because of a weak month.

You said "lately" (not defined)... I was just trying to answer your question.
They've played shitty competition and fricked them up badly, as they should have. Thee end.
You are on here arguing that no one should have any sort of opinion based on how both Bama and LSU did vs. a common opponent (i.e. Ole Miss).
Yet ... you are arguing that we should come to certain conclusions based on Alabama having a weak schedule (which they typically have).
You are contradicting yourself.

And just like that, the Ole Miss game was conveniently omitted from the history books.
