I know I probably won't get any real answers here but I'll ask anyway.
I was trying to unroot my thrive back to stock so I could update to ICS and I did something wrong and now it will not boot past the opening splash screen.
I don't have clockwork mod on my external SD card and I can't figure out how to put it on there.
anyone have any experience in this?
thanks on advance.
and for your troubles

The OT seems to be where the phone hacking people like to be.

TWRP > Clockwork Mod
There is no recovery installed at all? When you rooted it should have installed a recovery, your first mistake there if not.

it's definitely possible to flash new ROMs to most devices using only the sd card, you just need to figure out how for that device. I bricked two phones but managed to flash back to stock that way.
