I'm sorry, but the Saints offensive line is going to get eaten alive by the Carolina Panthers D. The Saints better start keeping an eye out for what it's going to take to get a wildcard berth into the playoffs because they ain't winning the division.

Panthers defense is very good. We'll have to be less predictable.

Without even attempting to run the ball Carolina will eat Brees up

So we'll see if the coach will decide to even try and run

Good to see the Saints fans have picked up on the LSU fan base's self loathing

The coach isn't running the ball because he knows the offensive line can't block for the run. That's why on 3rd and an inch and 4th and an inch he's calling a pass to the fullback and a reverse to a tightend. The inability of the Saints offensive to run the ball and the Saints defense to stop the run is a recipe for disaster playing on the road and playing against any team with a strong defense. The Saints will get swept by the Panthers. They're the same kind of team as the Jets only the Panthers have a better offense. You can say whatever you want, you all know what's coming whether you want to admit it or not.

Get swept? You are stupid. They might split but the saints won't get swept. It isn't like the Carolina offense is all that great. Not to mention playing Carolina is an entirely different beast than playing the jets. Division games always are.

6 for 24 yds
4 for 19 yds
1 for 7 yds

3 running backs stat lines for today.

Yeah, the Saints got a run here and a run there for good yardage because the Jets were just playing the pass. But if the Saints ever tried multiple carries in a row, it got stuffed quickly. I mean, 3rd and 4th and an inch and you won't even attempt a run one of those downs? Payton knows they can't run it.
